Summer in Myrtle Beach!

The busy season is upon us. Well, we say, “bring it on”! We are lucky enough to have been a successful restaurant for many years now(45 to be exact) but, the summer continuously supplies us with more business(and more fun) than any other time of the year. The weather is gorgeous, locals and tourist alike are venturing outside. The Spring and Summer are such an exciting time here in a Myrtle Beach, SC! We really get to experience other families making memories and, of course, tasting great food! We also get to be a part of a community that is still rapidly growing and evolving.

Our location is the absolute best — being right around the corner from several great shopping areas, roughly 2.5 miles from the beach, and just down the road from attractions like Barefoot Landing, which includes places like Alligator Adventure and The House of Blues. We are right off of a main highway and right down from exits to major interstates. And, you can’t go more than a couple of miles up the road without running into some of the most prestigious golf courses. Did we mention the Intercoastal Waterway is even closer to us than the actual beach? If you haven’t started picking up on a theme here, it’s “Location, Location, Location”!

If you are a visitor in the area and are positively soaking up the “Myrtle Beach experience” then, The Chesapeake House is a must stop on your list! We sit along a beautiful lake that even includes it’s own alligator, for your viewing pleasure! Our complimentary bread basket and fish stew will start your mouth watering moments after you’ve been seated. We specialize in seafood but, have something on the menu for every palette! Our experienced management and wait staff will make you feel right at home! You will leave saying, “We can’t wait for our next trip to Myrtle Beach and The Chesapeake House”!
